Using SPF everyday is your skin’s best defence against ageing. Broad spectrum UVA & UVB with at least a 20-50 rating 🙏🏼 50SPF for holidays and sunny days 👌
If you have an SPF in your skincare or foundation make sure you use enough product to get the required protection, approximately a teaspoons full....so remember if you don’t use that much foundation you won’t get the SPF factor ! So use an SPF AS WELL 🙏🏼
There are some fabulous SPF’s on the market that don’t feel heavy. I love #heliocare and will be stocking it soon in my studio ❤️
